What Is a GlowBall Chapter?

A GlowBall Chapter is your city’s official home for the most exciting, blacklight-powered baseball and softball events in the country. With your own chapter, you’ll host tournaments, nighttime GlowBall games, and sell branded gear — all powered by GlowBall Nation.

    Jerseys, hats, neon bats, glow-in-the-dark gear, wristbands, paint, props,
    field chalk, black lights, poles with fence mounts, neon sliding powder,
    lasers, baseballs, softballs, kickballs, and mascot accessories — all at
    wholesale cost. Most items offer over 50% markup. Use these funds to support your travel or rec league.

  • Optional Merch Sales

    We’ll help you pre-sell jerseys and event gear with name/number customization. You keep a percentage of all profits.

The Ideal Chapter Partners are passionate organizers, coaches, travel ball leaders,
tournament hosts, and youth baseball/softball supporters who want to bring
something new to their city — and make money doing it.

If you’ve hosted tournaments or clinics before, or already have a presence
in your local youth sports scene, you’ll thrive as a GlowBall Chapter.

Revenue Breakdown

  • Team & Player Fees

    You set your local pricing. You keep most of the revenue — GlowBall Nation only takes a small flat fee per player to cover website, branding, and national marketing.

  • Gear Sales

    You get exclusive wholesale pricing for jerseys, glow bats, hats, and more.
    Mark it up locally and keep the profit.

    Everyone wants something that glows or lights up — it’s part of the fun.

  • Vendors & Sponsors

    You keep 100% of local vendor and sponsor revenue.

    We’ll provide national sponsors when available (e.g., Sunbelt Rentals, Gel
    Blaster) and bonus perks like discounted rentals for generators, lights, and
    more.

How Do Players Sign Up?

  1. Go to GlowBallNation.com and click the Find My City tab.
  2. Select your city and GlowBall Chapter.
  3. View available GlowBall events in your area.
  4. Choose a date and select one of two available slots (two teams per night, one game). Home and away are assigned at the field.
  5. Pay to secure your spot.
  6. Fill out the player info form and sign the photo and liability waiver.
